Project Name: Parenchymal Chamber for Biomimetic Liver Vascular Network

Current status of project: We are in the process of developing new models based on dialysis. Using the dialysis tutorials from COMSOL, we are adapting their models to fit our chamber design.
Work completed in the last week: Read tutorials on dialysis modeling in COMSOL. Attempted to make a model but ran into several roadblocks that we are in the process of correcting.
Work planned for next week: Get a basic dialysis model working. Meet with our mentor about model design ideas. Discuss diffusion coefficients and other parameters with Dr. Subramanian or another chemical engineering professor. Complete progress report
Anything needed from mentor/client or TA or instructor to continue work: We need help coming up with diffusion coefficients
